JOVI Plastilina (called plastisin or plastisin in Bahasa Malaysia) is a 100% vegetable-based modelling paste — soft, very easy to mould, and unlike air-dry clay it never dries out. Open the pack, sculpt, squash it back into the box, sculpt again tomorrow. The paste is suitable from age 3 (and used safely from age 2 with supervision), gluten-free, and free from major allergens. Made in Spain by JOVI, CE-marked and EN71-certified to the European Toy Safety Standard.
What makes JOVI Plastilina different from cheaper mineral plasticines is the volume it holds: figures stand up under their own weight, walls do not slump, and colours stay clean across the table — no muddy grey after fifteen minutes of mixing. It moulds and demoulds cleanly, works with silicone moulds and modelling tools, and can also be used flat — pressed and smeared on paper as a painting medium ("plastilina painting"), a technique used widely in Spanish early-years classrooms.
Each bar weighs 15 g, supplied in a printed dinosaur-themed cardboard sleeve. Store in a cool dry place — the bars retain their colour and softness for years if kept out of direct sun. Yes — JOVI Plastilina blends cleanly. Each 15 g bar holds enough pigment that mixed colours stay vibrant rather than turning grey-brown like cheaper mineral plasticines.
Scrape off the bulk with a blunt edge, then use a fresh ball of plastilina to "lift" the residue — the soft paste sticks to itself. Treat any remaining oily mark with washing-up liquid on a damp cloth. Do not put a stained garment in the tumble dryer.
